What is Look NZ?
Look NZ is a New Zealand–owned art business offering high-quality, affordable original artwork and fine art prints by Aotearoa New Zealand artists. Our aim is to make buying art feel accessible, enjoyable, and confidence‑inspiring.

Are your artworks original or prints?
We sell limited-edition, open-edition, and screen-print art prints, as well as selected original artworks. Each product page clearly states whether the work is a print or an original.

What sizes do your prints come in?
Prints are available in sizes ranging from A5 to A1 and larger. As availability varies by artist and artwork, please refer to individual listings for details.

Do the prints come framed?
Prints are sold unframed unless otherwise stated. This gives you the freedom to choose a frame that suits your space.

Ordering & Payment

How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed directly through our website. Simply choose your artwork and size, add to cart, and follow the checkout steps.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and other secure payment options shown at checkout, including Afterpay for flexible buy now, pay later payments.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been printed or dispatched yet, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

Printing & Preorders

What does “printed on demand" or "printed to order” mean?
Some larger sizes (such as A2 and A1) are printed especially for you after purchase. This helps reduce waste and ensures the highest quality.

What is a preorder?
A preorder means the artwork is not yet in stock and will be printed or released shortly. Estimated delivery times are listed on the product page.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We ship throughout New Zealand and Australia. International shipping may be added in the future. However, we’re happy to arrange international shipping on a case-by-case basis.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times vary depending on whether your print is in stock or printed to order. Typical timeframes are listed on each product page.

Can I collect my order in person?
Yes. Free collection is available by appointment from the Look NZ studio at 1A Wexford Street, Albert Town. Local delivery is also available.

Returns & Care

Do you accept returns?
Because some prints are made to order or preordered, we’re unable to accept change‑of‑mind returns. If your artwork arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us promptly.

How should I care for my print?
We recommend framing your artwork behind glass and hanging it out of direct sunlight to preserve colour and quality.
