NZ Shipping

  • Free delivery on orders over $500, with some exclusions for large or framed original artwork
  • $15.00 - orders under $500
  • $9.50 - A4 prints & small items
  • $49.00 - large or framed original artwork
  • Rural delivery option available at checkout. Any extra charge is calculated automatically.
  • All our artworks are packaged with care and shipped to you
  • 3-5 working day delivery 

If you're getting an item couriered within New Zealand, it'll be delivered to your specified address within 3-5 working days. For rural deliveries, please allow an extra 2-3 days. If the product is out of stock, no worries, we'll inform you about availability and delivery times or provide a refund. 

The estimated delivery time for preordered items is 15 to 25 working days.

We use various courier services for national deliveries so delivery times may vary.

For large or framed prints, there may be an additional few days for delivery to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Handling & Care

A2 and larger prints, as well as hand-painted artworks, are shipped in sturdy, high-quality art tubes. Each piece is thoroughly checked and securely packed before it leaves our studio. 

When opening your tube, please take extra care, prints can be delicate. We recommend taking your artwork straight to your framer and letting them handle it for the best results.

Once your artwork is in your hands, we can’t take responsibility for any damage caused during handling.

Australia Shipping

We only ship unframed prints. Shipping rates for unframed prints. NZD.

  • Prints A4 - A2: $48  
  • Prints A1 size and larger or multiple artworks: $78 (exclusions may apply for large original artworks)
  • Oversized and large packaging $98
  • Rates include packaging and insurance

For international deliveries, please note that the recipient may be responsible for duties and taxes imposed by the destination country.

We dispatch online orders Monday to Friday, and if you order before 12 noon, it'll be sent out on the same day, except for public holidays. Shipping charges are based on the weight and size of your order. The estimated delivery time for preordered items is 15 to 25 working days.

If you feel the freight calculated by our system seems high, please get in touch with us. We're here to help and can investigate for you.

Once our courier collects your order, we'll provide you with a track and trace number for easy monitoring. For security, we use a signature required courier service. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, a card will be left with instructions for collection.

If your package arrives damaged in transit, please let us know within 7 days of dispatch, as our couriers do not accept claims after that timeframe.
