If you're getting an item couriered within New Zealand, it'll be delivered to your specified address within 3-5 working days. The estimated delivery time for preordered items is 15 to 25 working days. For rural deliveries, please allow an extra 2 days. If the product is out of stock, no worries! We'll keep you informed about availability, and delivery times, or provide a refund. The estimated delivery time for preordered items is 15 to 25 working days.

For national deliveries, we use various courier services, so delivery times may vary. For international deliveries, please note that the recipient may be responsible for duties and taxes imposed by the destination country.

At Look NZ, we may charge extra shipping for international parcels if the costs aren't covered. But don't worry, we'll notify you of any additional charges before shipping, and payment will be required before the parcel is sent.

For large or framed prints, there may be an additional few days for delivery to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

We dispatch online orders Monday to Friday, and if you order before 12 noon, it'll be sent out on the same day, except for public holidays. Shipping charges are based on the weight and size of your order.

If you feel the freight calculated by our system seems high, please contact us. We're here to help and can investigate for you.

Once your order is collected by our courier, we'll provide you with a track and trace number for easy monitoring. For security, we use a signature required courier service. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, a card will be left with instructions for collection.

If your package arrives damaged in transit, please let us know within 7 days of dispatch, as our couriers do not accept claims after that timeframe.
